Floaters guide - check with Jim (Custer Country), FWP or us on the grant. Linda checked with Jim and he thought that the grant for Custer Country was just fine and a great example of partnering with agencies. The grant has been submitted. Thanks to all for your help.

Linda will contact the BLM office in Billings to find out how many of the Floaters Guide maps we need to purchase before we get the break on the price. Then we will go to the communities along the Yellowstone and have them purchase so many and we will all sell them for the $4.

Access Guides - NPS funds
Marcy went over the NPS revisions on the grant
Access Guide $1,500.00
2,000 guides, 11 x 14, glossy, 4 color. Elk River Printing gave the bid with $.42. Marcy will have all the design work done when they take it to the printers.

Christie will get with Marcia H to have the kiosk sign on our web site. Marcy said she has a picture we can use.

Mike Wooten will build the roof over the kiosk to prevent weather damage.

Directional Signs for our kiosk. Dept of Transportation will put these signs up for us and they have them. If possible 3 would be ok but 4 would be better. Christie will check with Ray Mengel on this.

Christie mentioned that the statues of the Lewis and Clark expedition are being turned over to the Museum. But they are in need of some maintenance.

Marcy mentioned that the State Commission has been looking for funds for upkeep on kiosk signs for this very reason.

Golf Tournament brochure/Events brochure - one on each side.
Christie went over the rules for the golf tournament and Christie will send out letters to the golf courses that have agreed to participate in the Slice of the Trail tournament. Linda will check on the Billings golf courses to see if they are interested in participating.

Map - Linda will get together with BLM and Kathy from FWP to see how we are coming with the map. We want to make sure that we have all the accesses listed on the river.

Events/Golf Brochure - 8 x 11, 2 color and 4 color, 10,000 and 20,000, satin finish, off white paper, printing will be in black. Marcy will have the brochure designed ready to go to the printer. Get a quote so we can see the cost we are looking at covering. Contact the local Lions, Kiwanis, and Rotary for funding because they do some projects similar to these.

Marcy handed out the map that the State Commission and the Great Falls Tribune printed. It has the National and Signature events as well as the Significant events dates listed and we are to give these out. Also the Corp II events are there.

Mark Sandsavor - is good contact for Ft Peck tribes. He had youth dancers at the Confluence. They were interested in the Corp II stops and Dyani was a big help with the Glasgow event.
