David Squires will be at our next meeting on Aug 8th.

New Business: Web Site cost - Paid $35 to Lyndsay for our domain name. We will pay Marcia $75 as the web site host. A bill should be coming and now both sites are identical. and

Do we want to keep meeting after the events of 2006? It was decided to wait and see if there is a need and to set aside $110 to keep the web site up and running through 2007.

Christie read a letter from Clint Blackwood about on-going signs, who is responsible for maintenance and if there is funding available. Laura will contact Sidney to see about their sign. Marcy will contact Culbertson. Miles City does not have any signs.

Marcy stated the Sidney Group is working on a budget for their Corp II event in 2006. She also stated the group will be hosting another Clark's Cookout for this year as a fundraiser. The event will be held on Oct 29 at the MonDak Heritage Center. The group was able to et a traveling trunk displayed from the Montana Historical Society "Documenting the Journey of Lewis & Clark". Marcy said she would get the correct name from Arch Ellwein, the trunk will be on display from Oct 24 - Dec 2. They are planning to have speakers and presenters similar to the format they had last year. Possibly for 2006.

Marcy reported on the Limited Edition Plaques, the large piece will be located behind the Senate Chambers is a picture. The replica's are available now and they are numbered for $3,500. The Bronze Medallions are still available.

Linda needs to get Marcy a schedule of what we will be doing in 2006. Christie has Glendive working on Sept. 11 which is Bell Street Bridge Days. Marcy will work on the Sidney events. BLM Floaters guides - Linda reported that if our Chambers would like to get together and purchase at least 50 of the floaters guide maps we can get them for $2.40 each. If the three Chambers, Glendive, Sidney & Miles City each ordered a total of 51 the cost would be $17.00 for each Chamber. That would give us 5 of each of the three maps with 2 more of one. Miles City is interested, Glendive is checking and so is Sidney? When they decide contact Linda at Miles City and she will get them for us.

MT Fish Wildlife & Parks has funded of David Squires fees to finish the last 2 remaining maps of the Yellowstone River. The other one is going through the process at the state BLM office right now. We are in hopes of finishing the last 2 prior to early 2006.

Marcy was saying that she asked the County Commissioners in Sidney about the insurance for Corp II and they said they had it covered under their policy. Linda will ask the Custer County Commissioners.

Linda needs to get Farmer Rancher stuff to Christie asap.

Next meeting will be Aug 8th. Meeting adjourned 3:15
